SI successfully executed a state-of-the-art Audio-Visual and Display Solution for the Treasury Floor at Bank of Baroda, creating a modern, technology-enabled environment for real-time financial operations, executive collaboration, and strategic decision-making. The project was undertaken to transform the Treasury Floor into a dynamic digital workspace capable of displaying live financial data, market trends, dashboards, business analytics, foreign exchange rates, presentations, corporate announcements, and other mission-critical information with exceptional visual clarity and audio performance.
The solution featured a high-resolution fine-pitch NVS Active LED Display as the primary visualization platform.
Our scope also covered the LED mounting structure, video processing, content management integration, structured cabling, power distribution, equipment rack integration, software configuration, display calibration, audio tuning, and final system optimization.
The completed solution has significantly improved operational efficiency, communication, and real-time information visibility while providing a scalable, energy-efficient, and future-ready AV platform that supports Bank of Baroda’s digital transformation and commitment to technological excellence.
What did the client want to achieve?
Bank of Baroda aimed to modernize its Treasury Floor by creating a digitally enabled, visually impactful, and highly efficient communication environment that could support the fast-paced nature of treasury and financial operations. The client required a solution capable of displaying real-time financial data, market indices, foreign exchange rates, dashboards, and business analytics with exceptional clarity, ensuring that critical information was accessible to all users simultaneously.
The solution was expected to be reliable, scalable, energy-efficient, and easy to manage, with minimal maintenance and uninterrupted performance in a mission-critical banking environment. Another key requirement was to create a future-ready infrastructure capable of supporting evolving digital communication needs while integrating seamlessly with the existing IT and AV ecosystem.
Ultimately, the client sought a modern Treasury Floor that would improve information visibility, accelerate decision-making, enhance employee collaboration, and reinforce Bank of Baroda’s commitment to digital transformation, operational excellence, and world-class banking infrastructure.
Scope of work your company was involved in
SI was entrusted with the complete execution of the Audio-Visual and Digital Display solution for the Treasury Floor at Bank of Baroda. Our responsibility covered from solution design and engineering to installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and user handover. The scope included the supply and installation of a high-resolution fine-pitch Active LED Display as the primary digital visualization platform for real-time financial information, market data, dashboards, and corporate communications. e also deployed a 98-inch professional 4K display to support executive presentations, meetings, and collaborative discussions. To ensure superior audio quality across the Treasury Floor, we designed and integrated a professional audio system comprising amplifiers, speakers, and associated signal processing equipment for clear and uniform sound distribution.
Our team carried out the installation of the LED mounting structure, video processor, content management system, AV control components, power distribution units, structured cabling, equipment racks, and all associated accessories. We performed complete system integration, display calibration, audio tuning, Digital wall speaker control button software configuration, testing, and commissioning.
What key challenges were faced?
The primary challenge in this project was achieving a perfectly seamless installation of the fine-pitch Active LED Display. Since the display was assembled from multiple LED cabinets, maintaining precise alignment across all four corners was critical. Even a minor deviation in the mounting structure could result in visible panel gaps, uneven edges, colour variation, or image distortion, affecting the overall viewing experience.
Another challenge was executing the installation in a live Treasury Floor environment, where business operations continued throughout the project. Careful planning, phased execution, and close coordination with the Bank of Baroda team enabled us to complete the installation with minimal disruption to daily operations while adhering to stringent safety and quality standards.
The integration of the Active LED Display with the 98-inch professional display and the professional audio system also required precise system synchronization to ensure seamless content distribution and clear audio performance.

How were those challenges resolved?
The challenges were resolved through meticulous planning, precision engineering, and rigorous quality control at every stage of the project. Before installation, our technical team conducted structural assessments to ensure the mounting framework was perfectly level and capable of supporting the fine-pitch Active LED Display without any deviation. A customized mounting structure was fabricated and installed with high precision to achieve accurate alignment across all four corners of the LED wall. Each LED cabinet was positioned, levelled, and fine-adjusted by specialized alignment tools to eliminate gaps and ensure a seamless display surface. Calibration, pixel-level adjustment, colour matching, brightness balancing, and image optimization to deliver uniform visual quality and a flawless viewing experience. To avoid disruption to the bank’s operations, the project executed in a phased manner with close coordination between the Bank of Baroda team and our engineers. Installation, testing activities were scheduled during suitable time windows,98-inch display, and professional audio system were thoroughly integrated and tested as a single AV ecosystem. These measures resulted in a highly reliable, visually seamless, and future-ready solution that fully met the client’s expectations.

This level of accuracy required exceptional engineering, meticulous planning, and extensive calibration to achieve a flawless viewing experience.
We also take pride in completing the project within a live Treasury environment without disrupting the bank’s critical day-to-day operations.
